8:00 am - 10:00 am | Joint CSGA-CSTA Session: Seed Synergy, Macdonald Ballroom This facilitated joint session will help determine the direction of the Seed Synergy initiative; with a focus on governance of a future National Seed Organization, and Seed Regulatory Modernization (SRM). |

8:30 am - 3:00 pm | Children and Youth Program, MacDonald Room F Drop-off is available starting at 8:00 am. Continental breakfast available at 8:00 am for participants. Children 6-12 years will be departing at 8:30 am and Youth 13+ will be departing at 8:45 am. Both groups will be returning to the hotel around 3:30 pm for pick up. Note: A waiver for the day needs to be signed by an adult. |

6:00 pm + | CSGA and CSTA Fun Night - Everyone Welcome! Celebrate the evening’s theme by wearing plaid for the Lumberjack and Lumberjill show. It can get chilly on top of the mountain so please come prepared for the weather. Please meet in the hotel lobby at 6:00 pm. It will take about 15 minutes to walk to the gondola and a shuttle will be available for those who prefer not to walk. Don’t forget your gondola ticket! |
